Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days during busier periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

We exclusively use Australia Post to ship your orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email contact@apiancandles.com.au

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged.
